Freedom Day?

For many people the easing of all restrictions is Freedom Day. Freedom – in the sense of the word that I understand means Freedom, generally, is having the ability to act or change without constraint. Something is "free" if it can change easily and is not constrained in its present state.

Although, the several lockdowns have stopped people from going about their everyday lives, there are millions of people who can’t ‘celebrate’ due to no longer being with us, those grieving and those still suffering from the effects of the pandemic; emotionally, financially and spiritually.

As much as this time in England is a time to be happy that restrictions have been lifted, there is still a long way to go until everyone feels safe in the environment that they work, live and play in.

Stay safe.
