21st September is World Gratitude Day – a day to reflect and show gratitude for all the things we take for granted. During the height of the pandemic last year, every evening I was able to sit and have a hot dinner with my immediate family, we were able to watch television, turn the lights on, run the taps to wash our dirty dishes, have running water to take a bath or shower, change into our clean bed clothes, brush our teeth with clean running water and get into a nice, warm bed.
So, there are lots that I am grateful for, as well as good health.
